Come on board and help us toward our long-term goal.  That is to establish a living history museum that accurately depicts the lives of individuals participating in the shipbuilding industry in Mathews County during the early 19th century.

Member participation is an important part of any organization.  Mathews Maritime Foundation membership dues help to defray operating costs and provide funds for the purchase of exhibits and the like for inclusion in the museum.  Members who volunteer their time are beneficial to the operation of the museum as they help to organize events, lead educational programs or provide administrative assistance. 

Mathews Maritime Foundation is a nonprofit foundation dedicated to preserving and protecting Mathews County's maritime and cultural heritage through research, conservation, documentation and education.

It our hope that you will become a part of this important endeavor.  You may do so in any of the following ways:

• Become a member of the Foundation. Categories of membership are: Individual ($25.00 per year); Family ($35.00 per year); Contributor ($50 per year); Friend ($100 per year); Patron ($250 per year)
• Make a monetary, tax deductible, contribution in any amount you choose.
